Unfortunately, transactions on TON are irreversible. If you sent tokens to an incorrect address, the only way to recover them is if the recipient voluntarily returns them. STON.fi cannot access user wallets or revert blockchain operations. Always double-check the destination address before confirming a transfer.
If you accidentally sent tokens to a STON.fi contract address, contact our support team — in certain cases we can help recover unprocessed transactions. Please note that if a recovery is successful, applicable network fees and any technical processing costs will be deducted from the returned amount.
