I can’t close my farm — I get an ERROR. What’s happening?

If you're seeing an error when trying to close a farming position, work through these steps before contacting support:

  1. Check for a lock-up period. Make sure your farming position doesn't still have an active lock period. The farm interface shows whether one is in effect.
  2. Check your Gram (formerly Toncoin) balance. You need enough Gram in your wallet to cover the network fee for the close-and-claim transaction.
  3. Reconnect your wallet to the STON.fi dApp.
  4. Try a different wallet app. Open the same wallet (using your seed or another supported import method) in a different TON-compatible wallet and try again — that tells you whether the issue is on the wallet side.
  5. If the problem appears in multiple wallets, contact STON.fi support.
  6. If the problem appears in only one wallet app, contact that wallet's support team.
