If you can't withdraw liquidity from a specific pool, the issue usually isn't about that pool specifically — it's about your wallet, your Gram (formerly Toncoin) balance for fees, or a temporary connection issue. Work through the steps below before assuming a protocol-level problem.
- Make sure you have enough Gram in your wallet to cover network fees for the withdrawal.
- Reconnect your wallet to the STON.fi dApp.
- Try importing the same wallet into a different TON-compatible wallet app and attempt the withdrawal there — that tells you whether the issue is on the wallet side.
- If the problem disappears in another wallet, report the original wallet via STON.fi support so we can escalate to that wallet's team.
- If the problem persists in every wallet, contact STON.fi support directly and we'll investigate further.
