How can I recognize a phishing scam?

Phishing scams usually appear as fake websites, links in Telegram, or emails pretending to be official STON.fi pages. They often copy the look of the real site but use a slightly different URL — or impersonate official accounts with similar-looking usernames.

What to check

  • Verify that you're visiting https://ston.fi — not a look-alike. Bookmark the official site to avoid mistakes.
  • Verify the @username of official accounts, chats, channels, and bots. Scammers regularly create copies with one extra character or a similar handle.
  • Cross-check every link against the official STON.fi Linktree, which lists every official channel: linktr.ee/ston.fi.
  • Never connect your wallet to an unknown dApp or sign transactions you don't understand.

If you're unsure about a transaction or action, or you notice suspicious activity or potential fraud, please reach out to us:

Submit a request via the help center (requires an email address).

Contact support on Telegram (requires a Telegram account).
