Always store your seed phrase offline — write it down on paper and keep it somewhere secure. Never take screenshots or store it in cloud services, as those can be hacked. Only download wallets like Tonkeeper, My Wallet (formerly MyTonWallet), or Wallet in Telegram from official sources. Use a hardware wallet if you plan to hold large amounts of tokens. Remember: anyone who gets your seed phrase has full access to your funds.
For questions about wallet security, seed-phrase recovery, hardware-wallet pairing, or any other wallet-level issue, the right place to ask is the support team of the wallet you're using — they have direct visibility into wallet behavior and can guide recovery steps.
STON.fi support can help with questions about STON.fi products and point you in the right direction, but we have no access to user wallets and cannot manage them.
