Why isn't my liquidity provision earning rewards?

Receiving rewards by providing liquidity

Your position accrues rewards every time other users swap through the pool where you've provided liquidity.

🔹 Swap fee

Liquidity providers receive a portion of the fee from each transaction in the pool — typically 0.2% of the swap volume. Some pools have different fees, though, so you can always check the "Fee" badge for the exact percentage on your selected pair.

🔹 How rewards are calculated

Your rewards from each swap are determined by the AMM formula x × y = k:

Reward = Swap Volume × Fee (0.2%) × Your Share of the Pool

Example: if a swap involves 1,000 Gram (formerly Toncoin) in a pool with a 0.2% fee, and your share is 5%, your reward will be:

1,000 × 0.002 × 0.05 = 0.1 Gram

🔹 Where rewards are credited

Rewards are automatically added to your liquidity position in the pool and reflected in the value of your LP position. The STON.fi interface doesn't display LP rewards as a separate line item — you'll see them through the growing value of your share.

You can estimate them using the AMM formula x × y = k, where:

  • x and y are the quantities of the two tokens in the pool.
  • k is the pool's constant, which increases over time as fees accumulate, increasing the value of your share.
