This article describes WStableswap as a pool type. The ratio and configuration of an existing pool are not adjustable by individual liquidity providers — this material is most relevant for token teams and pool creators making decisions at pool creation time.
WStableswap pools combine two design ideas: the precision of a Stableswap curve plus custom weights. That means you can do low-slippage swaps and still customize ratios — say, 60/40 if you prefer more of one stablecoin. It's a good fit when you want fine-tuned liquidity management.
Liquidity providers adding funds to an existing WStableswap pool inherit whatever weights that pool was configured with — you cannot change weights yourself.
